By accessing or using the website at wildomartreeservice.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Wildomar Tree Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Wildomar Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Wildomar, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and applicable local requirements.
All estimates provided by Wildomar Tree Service are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work, site conditions, or access circumstances differ materially from what was observed at the time of the estimate.
Verbal estimates or estimates provided without an in-person site visit are approximations only and are not binding. A written, signed proposal is required before any work begins. Additional charges may apply for work not included in the original estimate, such as stump grinding, debris removal beyond the quoted scope, or permit fees if applicable.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to find an alternative date. No cancellation fee will be charged if we initiate the rescheduling.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including removing vehicles, pets, and other obstructions from the work area before the crew arrives. You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, cables, or other buried infrastructure near the work area prior to work beginning.
You are also responsible for obtaining any permits required by your city, county, HOA, or other governing authority before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permit procurement on your behalf.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and common electronic payment methods. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work as outlined in the written proposal.
Unpaid balances are subject to a late fee after 30 days.Wildomar Tree Service reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts, including reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in collection, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Wildomar Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. In the event of damage to your property caused by our negligence during the performance of services, our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property, not to exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, underground utilities not disclosed to us, normal settling or soil movement, or events outside our reasonable control including severe weather, earthquakes, or acts of third parties. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
We stand behind our work and will address legitimate concerns about workmanship raised within 10 days of project completion. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the health or future growth of trees or vegetation that remain on your property after services are performed. Tree health is affected by many factors outside our control, including soil conditions, climate, pests, disease, and subsequent care. We do not guarantee that a trimmed or treated tree will survive, grow, or remain structurally sound.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Wildomar, CA, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding related to services provided by Wildomar Tree Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
